A solution for young professionals living on their own who earn too much to be considered for a house association property, but do not earn enough to purchase a home. The ONE, house for single person occupation that can be moved or dismantled, offers a solution for wasteland and for the bottleneck in the housing market. The houses can be connected to the existing electricity and water networks; in addition, part of the electricity consumption is provided by the integrated solar panels on the roof.

This project deals with multiple relevant topics: wasteland without a purpose, the increase in the number of single-person households, and the lack of affordable homes.
