In the spring of 2013, the exhibition Hand Made was on view at Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen. Designed by Studio Parade, the exhibition connects historical objects to handcrafted objects made by contemporary professionals and amateurs.

The strength of the exhibition design lies in the way it places the objects in the foreground. The typography, the light and the spatial objects are in great harmony with each other. The design is subordinate to the content and that’s how it should be.
