A book containing a selection from the oeuvre of retired pop photographer Gijsbert Hanekroot. The design consists of a ‘random’ stack of loose photographs that in the spine have been bound to form a book. The pages are mostly of different sizes, in proportion to the sizes of the original prints.

A pop photographer who decades ago photographed nearly every performing rock icon opens his box of photos and out come the pictures of the pop heroes of yore, in great numbers and in different sizes. That is precisely the experience one gets when leafing through this book. It is fabulously designed, and this time, the reader does not notice it at all!
