Flitser.org is a social photography app. Basically it’s an homage to the ultimate amateur photo – a self portrait in the mirror with the flashlight switched on. We build an iPhone 4 app that collects these photos and puts them in specific order to generate animations. All you need to do is take a photo of yourself in the mirror, with the flash of your iPhone inside the target location that we provide you.

In this site, social media photographs showing a flash image are used to introduce a new technique: software detecting the flash in each photo uses it to create figures. Interesting as a process.
